I.1. CONDIȚII GENERALE DE PARTICIPARE la concurs:

  • are cetățenia română, cetățenie a altor state membre ale Uniunii Europene sau a statelor aparținând Spațiului Economic European (SEE) sau cetățenia Confederației Elvețiene și domiciliul în România;
  • cunoaște limba româna, scris și vorbit;
  • are capacitate de muncă în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.53/2003- Codul Muncii;
  • are o stare de sănătate corespunzătoare postului pentru care candidează, atestată pe baza adeverinței medicale eliberate de medicul de familie sau de unitățile sanitare abilitate;
  • îndeplinește condițiile de studii, de vechime în specialitate și, după caz, alte condiții specifice potrivit postului scos la concurs;
  • nu a fost condamnată definitiv pentru săvârșirea unei infracțiuni contra securității naționale, contra autorității, contra umanității, infracțiuni de corupție sau de serviciu, infracțiuni de fals ori contra înfăptuirii justiției, infracțiuni săvârșite cu intenție care ar face o persoană candidată la post incompatibilă cu exercitarea funcției contractuale pentru care candidează, cu execepția situației în care a intervenit reabilitarea;
  • nu execută o pedeapsă complementară prin care i-a fost interzisă exercitarea dreptului de a ocupa funcția, de a exercita profesia sau meseria ori de a desfășura activitatea de care s-a folosit pentru săvârșirea infracțiunii sau față de acesta nu s-a luat măsura de siguranță a interzicerii ocupării unei funcții sau a exercitării unei profesii;
  • nu a comis infracțiunile prevăzute la art. 1 alin .(2) din Legea nr. 118/2019 porivind Registrul național automatizat cu privire la persoanele care au comis infracțiuni sexuale, de exploatare a unor persoane saui asupra minorilor, precum și pentru completarea Legii nr.76/2008 privind organizarea și funcționarea Sistemului Național de Date Genetice .Judiciare, cu modificările ulterioare, pentru domeniile prevbăzute la art.35 alin(l) lit.(h).

I.2. CONDIȚII SPECIFICE DE PARTICIPARE LA CONCURS:

Pentru ocuparea funcției de PAZNIC trebuie îndeplinite următoarele condiții minimale:

  • studii medii 10 clase/școala profesională;
  • vechime în specialitatea postului de minim 2 ani;
  • atestat de agent de pază.

II.      DOCUMENTE ÎNTOCMIRE DOSAR DE CONCURS

Dosarul de concurs va conține următoarele documente:

  1. formular de înscriere la concurs;
  2. copia actului de identitate sau orice alt document care atestă identitatea, potrivit legii, aflate în termen de valabilitate;
  3. copia certificatului de căsătorie sau a altui document prin care s-a realizat schimbarea de nume, după caz;
  4. copiile documentelor care atestă nivelul studiilor și ale altor acte care atestă efectuarea unor specializări, precum și copiile documentelor care atestă îndeplinirea condițiilor specifice ale postului solicitate de autoritatea sau instituția publică;
  5. copia carnetului de muncă, a adeverinței eliberate de angajator pentru perioada lucrată, care să ateste vechimea în muncă și în specialitatea studiilor solicitate pentru ocuparea postului;
  6. certificat de cazier judiciar sau, după caz, extrasul de pe cazierul judiciar;
  7. adeverință medicală care să ateste starea de sănătate corespunzătoare, eliberată de către medicul de familie al candidatului sau de către unitățile sanitare abilitate cu cel mult 6 luni anterior derulării concursului;
  8. certificatul de integritate comportamentală din care să reiasă că nu s-au comis infracțiuni prevăzute la art. I alin. (2) din Legea nr. 118/2019 privind Registrul național automatizat cu privire la persoanele care au comis infracțiuni sexuale, de exploatare a unor persoane sau asupra minorilor, precum și pentru completarea Legii nr. 76/2008 privind organizarea și funcționarea Sistemului Național de Date Genetice Judiciare, cu modificările ulterioare, pentru candidații înscriși pentru posturile din cadrul sistemului de învățământ, sănătate sau protecție socială, precum și orice entitate publică sau privată a cărei activitate presupune contactul direct cu copii, persoane în vârstă, persoane cu dizabilități sau alte categorii de persoane vulnerabile ori care presupune examinarea fizică sau evaluarea psihologică a unei persoane;
  9. curriculum vitae, model comun european.
  • Adeverința care atestă starea de sănătate conține, în clar, numărul, data, numele emitentului și calitatea acestuia, în formatul standard stabilit de Ministerul Sănătății.
  • În cazul în care candidatul depune o declarație pe propria răspundere că nu are antecedente penale, în cazul în care este declarant admis la selecția dosarelor, acesta are obligația de a complete dosarul de concurs cu originalul cazierului judiciar, cel mai târziu până la data desfășurării primei probe a concursului.
  • Copia actului de identitate, copiile documentelor de studii și carnetul de muncă sau, după caz, adeverințele care atestă vechimea în muncă, vor fi prezentate și în original în vederea verificării conformității copiilor cu acestea.

ORGANIZAREA CONCURSULUI

Organizarea și desfășurarea concursului are loc la sediul Liceului Tehnologic “Nicolae Iorga” Negrești, după următorul calendar:

  • Depunerea dosarelor: 20-30 ianuarie 2023, până la ora 15:00;
  • Afișarea rezultatului pentru selecția dosarelor: 30 ianuarie 2023, ora 16:00;
  • Depunerea contestațiilor după afișarea selecției dosarelor de concurs: 01 februarie 2023, în intervalul orar 8:30-11:30.
  • Afișarea rezultatelor contestațiilor selecției dosarelor de concurs: 01 februarie 2023, ora 15:00;
  • Proba scrisă: 02 februarie 2023, de la ora 9:00 la ora 12:00;
  • Afișarea rezultatelor după proba scrisă: 02 februarie 2023, ora 14:00;
  • Depunerea contestațiilor după proba scrisă: 02 februarie 2023, în intervalul orar 14:00 – 16:00;
  • Afișarea rezultatelor după contestații: 03 februarie 2023 ora 9:00;

Punctajul final se calculează ca medie aritmetică a punctajelor obținute la proba scrisă și interviu.
După afișarea rezultatelor obținute la selecția dosarelor, proba scrisă, respectiv interviu, candidații nemulțumiți pot depune contestație în termenul prevăzut de calendar.
